The first step of a great trip is often one or even several long flights. How to make the journey as pleasant as possible? These tips should help you.

1. Prepare the perfect travel backpack
The perfect backpack includes at least two good books that you have long been promised to read, magazines, a computer (to write, play, look at travel photos or watch movies and TV shows), game books and an iPod with good music and audio books.
2. hydration
The air of the aircraft being pressurized, so particularly dry, it is essential to hydrate well, especially during a long flight. We drink a lot of water and we do not fly without a “pocket of hydration relief” in which we slide: a lip balm, eye drops, saline solution for the nose and hand cream and for the face.
3. Fill up on snacks
Of course, meals are served during long flights, but it is likely that we will have a dip at one or more moments between them. Nuts, fruits, candies, muffins, raw vegetables; everything can work. And we do not forget its reusable water bottle in flight.
4. To be comfortably dressed
We wear comfortable pants to feel good during the flight. You can also slip a pair into your backpack and change in the toilet. Spare socks, a scarf and a hooded sweater (ideal for covering when you want to sleep) are also a must.
5. Do some stretching
It is recommended to get up and stretch every hour or two during long flights. This prevents you from getting stuck and arriving at a cramped destination. Many pharmacists, like many sites, offer lists of stretching exercises to do in flight.
6. Work or study
It may not be the most fun way to deal with a flight, but it’s certainly one of the most time-consuming (and one of the most productive) ones.So yes, we also slip homework, compulsory books, course notes and work plans in our hand luggage.
7. Do not forget headphones
Long flights are perfect for getting cinematographically up to date. We do not forget our personal headphones because the ones that the airlines provide are rarely good performers, and some sell theirs.
8. Trying to sleep
Although this is not the most comfortable place in the world to do this, why not try to rest and sleep a little on the plane? A small cushion for the neck and / or a mini pillow, a blanket, ear plugs and an eye mask should help you.
