What you put in your mouth is as important as the products you apply on your skin, this makes us more carefully about what we eat, hence you need to avoid sugar, while the sweet stuff may taste delicious, it can also cause a lot of problems for your body and that includes your skin, and if you’re worried about aging skin, avoiding excess sugar is definitely in your best interest. That’s because diets high in sugar may accelerate skin aging.
What to eat for glowing skin? I find that the best skin diet is one that involves eating vegetables of different colors for every meal and a green juice every day, also if you begin your day with some hot water and lemon it detoxifies the body. Eating pineapple as well when your skin needs to look good, this fruit is a wonder food.
Now i will brief you about the food you should avoid to look and feel younger. caffeinated beverages is the first i don’t recommend you to drink at all, because drinking too much caffeine can be dehydrating, which can make your skin look aged, when the body is dehydrated, it pulls water from your tissues, making your skin feel dryer and less elastic. you need also to stay away from all of the junk food’s types for a better skin and a shape of body
Lastly, make sure you’re not neglecting the rest of your diet, and all this has to do with your beauty .
