Innocence has been defined as “the state, quality, or virtue of being innocent, and freedom from sin, moral wrong, or guilt through lack of knowledge of evil.”
So from my personal perspective, innocent people usually demonstrate a set of core leadership skills that incorporate values and virtues. In order for someone to be labeled “innocent,” in my opinion, they would have to possess values of “Being” and the values of “Giving.” The values of “Being” are Honesty, Courage, Peaceability, Self-Reliance and Potential, Self-Discipline and Moderation, and finally, Fidelity and Chastity. The values of “Giving” are Loyalty and Dependability, Respect, Love, Unselfishness and Sensitivity, Kindness and Friendliness, and Justice and Mercy.
Most parents teach at least some of these values to their children. But demonstrating them to your children is even more effective especially when it is combined through reinforcement exercises. Exercises that help them to navigate negative feelings and emotions and help turn them into effective leaders. These values are regarded as the habits of highly effective people and principle-centered leadership.
